I’m always amazed when I hear stories of direct marketers scamming their customers.
This business is all about lifetime value and back sales so it's vital that the first sale leaves a positive impression.
Many newcomers start with a great single product, make good money but soon come to realise that they need back-end products.
Quite soon back-end profits exceed the front-end ones but they may miss out by continuing with the simple business model and not testing different front end offers.
The front end product is obviously popular but by reducing the price or making a very soft offer you would be able to introduce many more people to your highly profitable back-end products.  Could you introduce more customers by breaking even on your first sale.
