You could “Borrow” some copy from your swipe file, but another solution might be to look through some of your own “Old” successful promotions that you've stopped using. Most successful promotions are discontinued because they have stopped working through overuse.
After a rest it could regain the response it had before. Even a change of media could help - a great direct mail letter could now work as an insert or email copy.
Others may have been discontinued because you got bored with it. Why don't you take another look at your past promotions and retest it.
