Before the credit crunch of 2008 we supplied many sub-prime lenders with huge amounts of top quality sales leads.
We carved out a great reputation in that industry by thinking outside the box.
We worked for five companies who were all hungry for as many leads as they could get, so keeping them all happy was difficult, to say the least. By carefully listening to what the clients were saying, we were able to source leads for one client where he converted over 60% of them into customers!
They were the only client who would give loans to people who had County Court Judgements (CCJ) against them. If they agreed, the call centre operator simply pressed one key on his phone and the call is redirected to Company B. After being turned down this red hot-lead is now highly responsive to Company B’s offer.
Since 2008 this market went into the doldrums but with money getting tighter and loan companies prepared to take more risks, we have seen a sharp increase in business in this area.
