Hilite Ltd has ceased trading

It is with deep sadness that we have to inform you that Hilite Ltd ceased trading on May 31st 2018.

We would like to thank all our clients, suppliers and staff for 32 great years but regret that the new GDPR regulations have made it impossible to continue as we would have liked.

Should anyone have any questions we can be emailed on mikehilite@mail.com We only have a skeleton staff but will aim to get back to you as soon as we can.

Thanks again,
Mike Chantry

You'll need asbestos gloves to handle our hot leads

Before the credit crunch of 2008 we supplied many sub-prime lenders with huge amounts of top quality sales leads.

We carved out a great reputation in that industry by thinking outside the box.

We worked for five companies who were all hungry for as many leads as they could get, so keeping them all happy was difficult, to say the least. By carefully listening to what the clients were saying, we were able to source leads for one client where he converted over 60% of them into customers!

They were the only client who would give loans to people who had County Court Judgements (CCJ) against them. So, at meetings with the other clients in that market we asked them what they did with their unconverted leads. “Nothing” was the reply as most of the unconverted leads had poor credit ratings, mainly because of CCJ's against them. We offered them a generous fee to pass them on to our other client and they all readily agreed.

Not only did they work well, but we were able to set up hot key telephone transfers. It worked like this:

Company A speaks to their lead and they quickly identify they can’t work together due to a CCJ against the prospect. The call centre explains this but tells the leads there may be someone who could help them and would they like to be transferred? If they agreed, the call centre operator simply pressed one key on his phone and the call is redirected to Company B. After being turned down this red hot-lead is now highly responsive to Company B’s offer.

Since 2008 this market went into the doldrums but with money getting tighter and loan companies prepared to take more risks, we have seen a sharp increase in business in this area. Hot Key transfer is back but demand outstrips supply in this market. Our solution has been to source other leads to help ensure the clients' call centre staff are fully occupied.

So, whether you want to investigate how Hot Key transfer could work for you, or you need to smooth out the peaks and troughs at your call centre I’m convinced that we can come up with sensible and cost-effective solutions.
